It is anger. The face can tell. Her eyes are glaring at somebody or something. The upper eyelids are slightly raised and the lower eyelids are slightly tensed. The lower eyelids are cover very little portion of the eye. The lips are tightened.( Is there a thrust – forward jaw? I am not sure.) These are signs of anger. By the way, it seems that her left hand is holding a fist. I am not sure because the picture cannot show the whole body. Holding a fist can be a sign of anger.
